Kerri’s Experience
With previous experience at a national real estate firm, Kerri Hoermann is proving to be a real advantage to her clients at Greenwood King. By means of her sharp negotiation skills and networking, which she developed as a healthcare recruiter and real estate professional, Kerri will most likely achieve her goal of becoming “Top Producer.” Much of her growing success can be attributed to her attention to detail, keen listening skills, persistence and simple hard work. As a resident and investor in the Heights, Kerri's clients benefit from her personal understanding of the area’s subtle nuances and her ability to see her client’s perspective. Kerri is both aggressive and well informed due to her previous experience, her neighborly interest in the Heights and her zeal for helping families find a home. Kerri’s Personal Side
Active in community and charitable organizations, Kerri has been involved with the National Charity League and is currently a member of the East Sunset Heights Civic Club, the Houston Heights Association, the Texas A&M Association of Former Students and the Houston Tri Delta Alumni Group. When she is not placing a “Sold” sign in someone’s yard, you can find Kerri tooling in her Heights garden, reading a good book and spending quality time with her family, friends and pets.

Grant Lopez is a third generation San Antonian and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2009. Currently he serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and is also a proud member of the Board of Directors to the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA). He takes great pride in knowing that he works hard for his clients not only during the sale, but also afterwards through both associations' efforts to protect the dream of home ownership and private property rights. Grant also serves on the Board of Directors to both the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). In 2017 Grant was selected by NAR as one of their 30 Under 30. The list which is nationally published by REALTOR Magazine recognizes rising stars who are successful in real estate and have demonstrated skill, success, creativity, and leadership in their careers. Grant has been featured on the covers of The Ellie Report and Real Producers Magazine, news articles and TV interviews at both the local and national level. Outside of work Grant enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy Marie, and their two little girls.
